関東山都会行動規範宣言

　このたび、関東山都会（以下、当会と称します）では、当会が遵守すべきと考える行動規範を明確にするため、次のとおり、行動規範宣言を採択しましたので、お知らせいたします。

行動規範宣言
　　当会は、熊本県上益城郡山都町及び周辺地域の発展と繁栄のための情報発信、並びに課題解決の支援を行い、もって、山都町及び周辺地域の文化や伝統を保護し、地域へ貢献することを目的としています。

　　当会は、このような目的から、主に首都圏周辺、及び近畿以東の山都町に縁のある、或いは、関心のある方々及び団体を集い、山都町の情報発信やその課題解決の支援、並びに当会に参加された方々・団体のコミュニティの発展に資する活動を行います。

　
　　当会は、このような考え方に反する行為を認めることはなく、また、そのような行為があった場合は、適切な是正措置をとるものとし、当会が適切且つ円滑な活動になるよう努めます。

KantoYamato Club Code of Conduct Declaration

We are pleased to announce that Kanto Yamato Club (hereinafter referred to as our Club) has adopted the following Code of Conduct Declaration in order to clarify the code of conduct that we believe our Club should abide by. Code of Conduct Declaration

Our Club aims to disseminate information and support problem solving for the development and prosperity of Yamato Town, Kamimashiki County, Kumamoto Prefecture, and the surrounding area, thereby protecting the culture and traditions of Yamato Town and the surrounding area and contributing to the region.

For this purpose, our Club mainly brings together people and organizations with ties to or an interest in Yamato Town in the Tokyo metropolitan area and east of Kinki, and engages in activities that disseminate information about Yamato Town, support problem solving, and contribute to the development of the community of people and organizations participating in our Club.

Our Club will not tolerate any conduct that goes against this philosophy, and if such conduct occurs, it will take appropriate corrective measures and strive to ensure that our Club’s activities are carried out appropriately and smoothly.
